I think it is the short pectinations on the male antennae that is distinctive of D. sp.(1) also Moths of Victoria (Part 2, supporting disc) mentions white fringe and pattern on hindwing being distinctive (in Victorian species) of D. sp.(1)

Discophlebia sp.(1) (MoV, Part 2)

Yes, Moths of Victoria (Part 2, supporting disc) show a photo of 'Discophebia sp. (1)' - an un-named species which has a yellow/orange and black striped abdomen matching the appearance of this specimen. The patterning of the wings also seem similar to this specimen. They also show the moth has a yellow coloured antennae (separately photographed) which may be similar to the yellow/orage antenna on this specimen.
The other Discoplebia spp. MoV illustrate ie. D. catacolina, D. celaena and D. lucasii do not show and orange and black abdomen.
